Welcome to our online store! As Madison's premier small batch artisan coffee roaster, we strive to offer the best coffees available from various regions around the world. We use only high-grade, high grown, washed Arabica coffees & offer a wide range of single origin coffees and a number of blends. We roast 7 days a week, so you will always receive fresh, small batch beans roasted with care & love.

When placing an order with us, it is our highest priority that you receive the freshest coffee possible. We make every effort to get your coffee in the mail as quickly as possible. We ship orders out Monday through Friday with USPS Priority mail. Once in the mail, your coffee should arrive in 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Indian Monsooned Malabar New! A unique coffee grown by collectively organized farmers in Karnataka, India. After harvest, the green coffee beans are exposed to annual Monsoon winds, absorbing moisture, and then dried. This process lends this coffee's unique flavor & helps to remove acidity. A medium roast, this coffee has a surprising smoothness, as well as an earthy flavor normally associated with Indonesian coffee. $15.00

Brazilian
A high-octane dark roast, Brazilian is hearty and flavorful with a nutty, toasted aroma. Light acidity, medium body & a smooth finish.

Costa Rican A medium roast that is bright and pleasantly complex, with a light and fruity finish. $15.00

Guatemalan A smooth, full-bodied dark roast, with deep, rich flavor. Notes of almond and chocolate. A really satisfying coffee! Organic & Fair Trade bean. $15.00

Kenyan Viewed by many in the coffee industry as the 'perfect cup'. A beautifully balanced dark roast coffee with depth & interesting complexity. $15.00

Ethiopian Harrar A high-octane light roast! Very popular with our customers, the Ethiopian Harrar is aromatic with rich, complex flavor & a sweet long finish. $15.00

Peruvian A medium roast that has a nice balance in flavors. Smooth, dry finish with a hint of cinnamon. Organic & Fair Trade bean. $15.00

Guatemalan French Roast An EVP favorite! Our most sought after French roast, the Guatemalan French is a dark roast with a full body & a smoky, bittersweet finish. Organic & Fair Trade bean. $15.00

EVP Italian Roast One of our darkest roasts, the EVP Italian is a popular blend of our Central & South American beans. Bold, smoky flavor with a smooth finish. Great for espresso! $15.00

Sumatran
A classic Indonesian coffee. Dark roasted with a heavy body, Sumatran is loved for it's earthy & full flavor. Organic & Fair Trade bean.

Mocha Java
A complimenting blend of Ethiopian and Indonesian coffee. Stopped one of our regular customers right in her tracks, it was that good! Very nice flavor combination. Roasted dark, Mocha Java is earthy, smooth & full-bodied.

A high-octane light roast much sought after by our customers. Grown on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, this coffee is sweetly acidic with wonderful aroma. Wine and fruit overtones.
